Event Management Intern     June - July 2014

 

Thanks to Ithaca College's Los Angeles Program, I was fortunate enough to spend the summer of 2014 in the city of my dreams- Los Angeles, CA. While staying in the city, I interned with Eat See Hear, an event production company that hosts weekly events from May to September, in which they combine local food trucks, live music, and outdoor movies, often selling out crowds of 1,200+ people (and their dogs). 

 

Event Management Intern Responsibilities:

• Assist with event set-up

• Schedule bi-daily social media posts

• Facilitate communication between ESH and the food trucks scheduled for each weekend's event

• On-Site management (admission, parking, etc.)
