The Grid Promotional Truck
Freelance Fulfillment Coordinator July 2015 - Present
Temporary Executive Assistant November 2015 - January 2015
Beginning in July 2015, I joined Pop2Life as a freelance fulfillment coordinator for their iHeartRadio Music Festival Team. In this capacity, I was working with nearly 200 VIP clients to coordinate all aspects of their trips out to Las Vegas in September 2015.
This included booking air travel, ground transportation, and accommodations, itinerary management, and providing a high degree of customer service throughout the process.
My next project was the AMC's The Walking Dead Season 6 Fan Premier at Madison Square Garden. This project had me working directly with the project manager to field client needs and requests, pull and analyze RSVP reports, as well as fielding guest questions on a 24/7 hotline. At the conclusion, I assisted with all on-site needs, such as checking guests in to the premier and coordinating last-minute ticket exchanges and pick-ups.
After that project, I was brought on as Pop2Life's CEO, Eric Murphy's, temporary assistant. In this capacity, I maintained his calendars and to-do list, scheduled meetings, assured all e-mails were responded to and sorted properly, covered phones, coordinating catering orders, and tracking all office supply levels.
It was also at this time that I assisted with the Z100 Jingle Ball Coca Cola All Access Lounge. At this event, I staffed the check-in and VIP information desk.
Once a new, full time, assistant was hired, I returned to the Fulfillment team for the iHeart 80s Party. This position was largely similar to the iHeart Radio Music Festival, although this time I was coordinating itineraries for radio winners, which entailed new communication and booking processes.
I was the retained to assist with a self-produced music initiavtive called The Grid. During this project I led the charge for our promotional truck, which we drove around Manhattan and parked outside concerts that were closely related to the acts that we had booked for The Grid. This involved hiring, training, scheduling, and coordinating a team of Brand Ambassadors who would be with the truck distributing promotional materials such as t-shirts, flyers, and coupon codes.
I am currently working on an activation for AMC's Preacher- a new television show based on the comic book series of the same name. I am responsible for monitoring and approving submissions to the social media gallery using the software company Offer Pop. These submissions will ultimately determine which four cities will receive an advanced screening of the Preacher premiere.
